If your country is not listed upon checking out please e-mail me on info@mariannepots.co.uk
I need 2-3 days to get your order ready and you will receive an e-mail notification once your order is dispatched along with tracking details.
Please allow 7-10 working days for international orders and 3-5 working days for UK orders. You will also receive a dispatch e-mail once the item is on its way.
Note: sometimes shipping times can take much longer than normal due to situations like carrier strikes, a pandemic or adverse weather conditions. Please allow up to 20 working days under these circumstances.
Christmas and holidays delivery timescales can also cause delays due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services dramatically increasing - these are situations outside of my control and I cannot be held responsible for associated delays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes depending on the country they live in.

Cancellations
Request a cancellation within 48 hours by e-mailing me on info@mariannepots.co.uk or direct message on Instagram.
Returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately I cannot return custom made items.
Customer Satisfaction:
All my work is handmade and I try to document my work as best as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days from receiving your delivery to arrange for a return. The cost of returning the item will be covered by the customer. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receiving the item back and it is in the same condition as it was sent.

Although great care is taken when making and packaging my work, breakages is always a risk once the item is in the postal system. Should your pot arrive broken or with any obvious defects, please contact me within 10 days of delivery with photos of the breakage/ defect and I will confirm how long a replacement will take. Alternatively I will issue a full refund if preferred.
